Thank you for shopping at Stefdehaan.store. We truly appreciate your support and want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.

Most products at Stefdehaan.store, including our art prints, are produced on demand especially for your order.

If you would like to return your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging.

Unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Products that have been specially personalised or made according to individual customer specifications may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable law.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

If your art print arrives damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the artwork

  • Photographs of the packaging if the item was damaged during shipping

We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Please contact us before sending any item back so we can provide you with the correct return instructions.

🎨 Art Prints

Each Stefdehaan.store art print is produced with a focus on high-quality reproduction, rich colour and long-lasting print quality.

Our art prints are produced on EMA Enhanced Matte Art Paper (200gsm). This gallery-grade paper has a smooth, non-reflective matte surface that allows the colours, textures and details of the original artwork to stand out beautifully.

The 50 × 70 cm format fits a wide range of standard frames, making it easy to display the artwork in your home, studio or workspace.

To keep your art print looking its best for as long as possible, we recommend following these care instructions:

  • Always handle the print with clean and dry hands.

  • Whenever possible, hold the artwork by the edges to avoid touching the printed surface.

  • Avoid bending, folding or creasing the paper.

  • We recommend displaying the artwork in a frame behind glass or acrylic for additional protection.

  • Keep the artwork away from excessive moisture and humidity.

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to strong direct sunlight.

  • Do not use water, cleaning products or a damp cloth directly on the printed surface.

  • If the print arrives rolled, carefully remove it from the packaging and allow it to flatten naturally before framing. Do not forcefully bend the paper in the opposite direction.

Proper handling and framing will help preserve the colours, detail and overall quality of your art print.

📦 Shipping

All art prints from Stefdehaan.store are produced on demand.

This means your artwork is produced specifically after your order has been placed rather than being taken from large quantities of pre-produced stock.

Because of this production process, your order may take a little longer to reach you than a standard mass-produced product.

Please allow up to 14 days for your order to be produced and delivered.

Each art print is carefully packaged to help protect it during transport.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive shipping or tracking information where available.

Please make sure that your shipping address is entered correctly when placing your order. Stefdehaan.store cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing or unusually high order volumes.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, or if you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
